IHP 1056 Sound Healing I
Introduces the foundations of sound healing within integrative health. This course covers the physiological, neurological, and energetic effects of vibration, resonance, frequency, and brainwave states. This course explores a variety of sound healing tools while integrating scientific, historical, and cultural perspectives, with emphasis on sound as a tool for balance, health, and well-being.
