Applied Technology AAS Degree

Students desiring to complete the AAS degree in Applied Technology may complete the technical coursework contained in a state-approved certificate career and technical education program at one of the four area vocational technical schools (AVTS). The four AVTS are Delta-Montrose Area Vocational Technical Center, Emily Griffith Opportunity School, San Juan Basin Technical College, and Pickens Tech Center.

Electives

Transfer of up to 45 credits of technical coursework contained in a state-approved certificate career and technical education program at one of the four area vocational technical schools (AVTS). The four AVTS are Delta-Montrose Area Vocational Technical Center, Emily Griffith Opportunity School, San Juan Basin Technical College, and Pickens Tech Center completed with a C or higher grade. If student has earned less than minimum 45 CTE credits, elective courses at the community college will be required to reach the necessary credits for completion of the degree.
